The Passetto of Ancona beach is characterized by large rocks that form peaks and inlets. Here is one of the symbols of the city of Ancona, a rock called "La seggiola del Papa" due to its particular shape. The peculiarity of this coastal area is the presence of more than 100 caves used for the shelter of boats carved into the rock and closed by colorful gates.
