A football pitch right in the middle of mountains? Yes, you are absolutely right! On our way to Bilal Sayt, a very small mountain village in Oman, we were driving through the Al Hajar mountains. Suddenly, the main road ended and we had to switch into four-wheel drive, slowly zigzagging over a very small and dusty road. After dozens of potholes and goats along the road, this super cool football pitch appeared around the corner! This pitch was part of a really nice marketing campaign from the motor company Audi which gave local kids the opportunity to play the game in a stadium-like atmosphere.
