My series the “Collective” was shot Pittsburgh, PA, using a single model and created with Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.

These dystopian scenes in the "Collective" series envisions a future in which a disconnect has developed in the relationship between humans and their surroundings.
Whatever has happened in this world, the inherent link of people to nature has broken as a result of denial of our affect on the environment. This species’ myopic focus on self-serving desires over the needs of a whole ecosystem eventually forced them to merge into conformed groups to survive in the habitat that remained, thus forgoing the individuality that they coveted in the first place. The "Collective" that forms is a hive-mind state of humanity solely focused on its continuance in an abnormal nature that it can no longer connect to.
