Sometimes you want to put on rose-coloured glasses to make the world light, airy and carefree. To escape from reality into the world of dreams. You bind yourself in an enveloping, pink material, closing your eyes to reality, but it's just a mirage.

Anna Koenig (b. 1984) is a photographer specialising in fine art. She uses different materials and photomanipulations to create surreal images. Flowers and plants often inspire Anna to create new portraits. The heroes of her works are archetypal and fictional characters. Her son acts as a model.
